Refund and Returns Policy

Orders are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free in the USA And UK
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.  
International Shipping (If applicable): We currently ship to USA UK CANADA GERMANY ITLAY FRANCE.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly due to customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages:If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@thesnackssmiths.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns: You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@thesnackssmiths.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.  
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).  

Refunds:Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 30 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@thesnackssmiths.com. We will arrange the exchange based on product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@thesnackssmiths.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
